Kris has been a photographer all of her adult life. She started painting and crafting in 2013 when her kids flew the nest. She has eagerly embraced the process of learning; attending workshops, taking college fine art courses, and immersing herself in the vibrant art community.
 

In 2020, she and her husband of 30 years set out for an adventure and traveled the country in an RV. Her goal was to spend as much time as possible on the beach searching for treasure! She started her Youtube channel as a way to share her passions and to continue having an artistic outlet.

She draws inspiration from nature. In particular, the ocean and the Great Lakes ignite a profound sense of awe and wonder for her. Through her art, she strives to capture the essence of her unique perspective, informed by a lifetime of experiences and a fresh appreciation for the beauty that surrounds her.

She was a featured artist for the Houdini Tower Plaza 2018 installation in Appleton, Wisconsin, and has displayed her art for local showcases with the Northeastern Wisconsin Arts Association. Now living in Michigan, she is a member of the Lakeshore Visual Arts Collective.
